Venters Property Ltd opened for business in 2021 with the goal of bringing a fresh approach to Fife residential sales by building on years of local experience.
We’re an independent estate agency owned and run by local people. We’re based in Kirkcaldy town centre at Park Place Business Hub where — together with other independent professionals — we’re creating something of a one-stop property hub! Our Park Place Business Hub neighbours already include a mortgage broker, an independent financial advisor, and a letting agent.
From our Kirkcaldy HQ and from our appointment-only Dunfermline office, Venters Property covers most of Fife, focusing in particular on coastal communities including Aberdour, Burntisland, Dalgety Bay, and Kinghorn.
At Venters Property, it’s all about people and homes. And that means when it’s your turn to sell, it becomes all about you and your home.
And the reason is simple.
We understand your home is so much more than just somewhere to start and end the day. It’s a source of pride, somewhere you’ve made your own, and selling it isn’t just about money changing hands.
That’s why our customers come to us with everything from one-bedroom flats to rural estates — it’s never the size or selling price that makes a Venters Property, it’s what transforms bricks and mortar into a home.
And everything we do at Venters Property is built on our overarching ethos of working with transparency, accountability, and integrity in what can often be a highly challenging and confusing marketplace.
We do collaborate with trusted solicitors and mortgage advisors to make sure clients get sound guidance, but we’re not directly involved in the rental market and we’re not letting agents.
Instead, ours is a very straightforward, personal service: from first inquiry through to final handshake, we ensure your home gets the attention it deserves. And we can also help you find your next home, too — all part of what makes Venters Property stand out from the rest!
director
Gavin has been successfully selling homes for more than 20 years and there’s not much he doesn’t know about the ins and outs of the Fife property market.
director
As well as gaining extensive residential sales experience with local agencies, Gavin has worked for a high-profile UK-wide estate agency, at Scotland’s leading law firm, and has also launched a successful franchise for a global real estate operator.
But it’s Gavin’s passion for what he does that makes the real difference and he set up Venters Property because he couldn’t find anybody else offering the standard of care and personal approach he felt home owners both deserved and needed. And the rest, as they say, looks like it’ll soon be history!
Away from work, Gavin — who grew up in Inverkeithing and now stays in Kirkcaldy — can be found at home enjoying family life and travelling with his wife, their two children, and their dog.

Lee is Venters Property's backroom supremo, with years of experience running her own business as well as managing a property investment company.
director
Her varied professional background means she’s equally well-suited to playing a customer-facing role and she now works alongside Gavin to help give customers a warm Venters Property welcome.
When she’s not at work, Lee enjoys tap dancing, going to the gym, and spending time with her family.
Our Director, Lee is a trustee for local charity The Frisson Foundation, and enjoys helping at their Glee Choir Challenge events which are held across Scotland.
The Frisson Foundation provides performance opportunities for children and young people from all backgrounds across Scotland to support their development and mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing.
Venters Property are proud to sponsor local football team, Inverkeithing United FC 2010’s. Our Director, Gavin Venters, became involved with the club when his son, Harris, signed for the team when they were founded. Since then, the club has continued to grow and provide opportunities for young people in Fife to participate in grassroots football.
Inverkeithing United is more than just a football club as they aim to provide memorable opportunities for young people regardless of race, gender, social status or ethnic origin, and have a positive impact on community initiatives and organisations.
